1. What is Lagree?  Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact strength workout performed on a Megaformer. It uses slow, controlled movements to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and strengthen your core — all while being gentle on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels.



2. I’m new to Lagree, is this doable for me? - Whether you’re brand new or experienced, our instructors will guide you through every movement, offer modifications, and make sure you feel confident, supported, and strong every step of the way.



3. How long are classes? -  Our classes are 45 minutes of continuous, high-intensity, low-impact training with no scheduled breaks. You’ll move through slow, controlled exercises that keep your muscles under constant tension, pushing hard from start to finish for a full-body shake, sweat, and strength-building workout.



4. What should I bring to class?

Bring:

  • Grip socks (required for safety — available for purchase at the studio)
  • A water bottle
  • A towel (optional)



5. What should I wear? -  Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely and helps instructors correct form easily. Avoid baggy clothing.




6. What is the minimum age requirement? - The minimum age to attend pulse Lagree is 15 years old. A 15-17 year old may attend class if they have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form for them in person.
